CLITORAL PHIMOSIS ADHESION RELEASE BODYWORK is a holistic massage technique to release Clitoral Adhesions also known as female Clitoral Phimosis.
This webpage is about understanding Clitoral Adhesions and Clitoral Phimosis, it’s causes, symptoms, and my holistic Yoni Mapping Bodywork to release clitoral adhesions.

Hello, my name is Aleena Aspley, and I have been dedicated to providing Yoni Whisperer Bodywork (YWB), for people with a vagina, for nearly two decades.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of working intimately and holistically with women, giving Yoni Mapping Awakening Bodywork, Yoni Orgasmic Mapping Bodywork and intimate Yoni Scar Remediation Bodywork. In my role as a certified Sexological Bodyworker / Somatic Sexologist I have also given intimate and holistic bodywork to women with clitoral adhesions, also known as clitoral phimosis.

CLITORAL ADHESIONS
Clitoral adhesions can significantly impact a woman’s ability to experience clitoral orgasms, and awaken the whole clitoral structure to feel pleasure, as adhesions hinder the full retraction of the clitoris and restrict full access to female pleasure.
As a Yoni Whisperer Bodyworker, my primary passion lies in promoting female pleasure and awakening various types of female orgasms, including clitoral orgasms.
I believe that every woman deserves to embrace the joy of pleasure and experience the profound depth, delight and contentment that her body can erotically feel.
Clitoral release bodywork plays a crucial role in helping women overcome adhesions and unlock their capacity for clitoral pleasure and multiple orgasms.
In my YWB practice, I am committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where a woman can explore her sensuality and discover the power her body.
By addressing clitoral adhesions, using my YWB massage techniques, I aim to empower women reconnect to their pleasure and awaken to the full range of orgasmic pleasure that a woman can experience.

CLITORAL ADHESIONS
AKA CLITORAL PHIMOSIS
Clitoral adhesions, also known as clitoral phimosis, are a relatively uncommon condition that can affect women of all ages. My article aims to shed light on what clitoral adhesions are, their causes, symptoms, and my Yoni Whisperer Clitoral Release bodywork options.
My aim is to increase awareness about clitoral phimosis and encourage women to seek help. Clitoral adhesions / clitoral phimosis, in most cases, can be relaxed, released and dissolved, so that a women can feel the full variety of clitoral, vaginal, full-body and auric Luminous Energy Orgasms.

WHAT ARE CLITORAL ADHESIONS?
Clitoral adhesions occur when the clitoral hood, a fold of skin covering the clitoris, becomes stuck or adhered to the underlying clitoral glans (the head of the clitoris). Clitoral adhesions restrict the movement of the clitoral hood, causing the clitoris to be partially or completely hidden, much like the penile phimosis condition observed in males. The term “clitoral phimosis” is sometimes used interchangeably with clitoral adhesions.

THE CAUSE OF CLITORAL
ADHESIONS / PHIMOSIS
There are several reasons that I intuitively believe that clitoral adhesions develop.
- Hygiene Smegma build-up (aka Clitoral Pearls)
- Hormonal Influence / Fetus development in the Womb
- Anatomical Variation / Clitoral Hood Anatomy
- Inflamation from Yoni Infections
- Bladder Infections
- Thrush / Candida Infections
- Genital Herpes
- Genital Surgeries
- Genital Trauma from Sexual Abuse / Rape
- Skin Conditions
- Lichen Sclerosus
- Clitoral damage from tightly fitting clothes.
- Clitoral damage from a direct injury to the genitals
- Clitoral damage from a clitoris piercing causing scarring
- Engaging in Rough Sex
- Partners with Ungroomed & Sharp Fingernails
- Vulval Tears from Natural Vaginal Births
- Clitoral Irritation – soaps perfumes and douches
- Genetic Factors and/or Genetic Syndromes

CLITORAL ADHESIONS
SYMPTOMS AND ISSUES
The symptoms of clitoral adhesions can vary depending on the severity of the clitoral phimosis. Mild clitoral adhesions may not cause problems, while more severe cases can impact on a woman’s clitoral sensitivity, cause clitoral pain, inhibit her natural arousal / pleasure and hinder a woman reaching orgasm through clitoral stimulation.
A woman may not know that she has clitoral adhesions?
She might not be aware that her clitoral hood has adhesions, causing her to miss out on her vast range of female pleasure, arousal and reach orgasm.
It makes me wonder how many woman are experiencing sexual dysfunction because of clitoral hood sensitivity / tenderness and clitoral hood retraction issues?

DIAGNOSIS OF
CLITORAL HOOD ADHESIONS
AND PHIMOSIS
As a veteran Yoni Whisperer Bodyworker, I have seen women with clitoral adhesions when I have performed Yoni Mapping Bodywork (Yoni Massage). I have felt and carefully retracted their clitoris to assess the degree of my female client’s clitoral adhesions.
With the correct bodywork techniques, clitoral adhesions can be dissolved and released, freeing clitoral trauma, opening a women to more pleasure and awakening her to positive and joyful experiences when her clitoris is stimulated.

NON-INVASIVE AND HOLISTIC
CLITORAL BODYWORK TO RELEASE
ADHESIONS AND PHIMOSIS
I have been achieving incredible results in releasing female clitoral adhesions. Whether a woman is dealing with mild or severe phimosis, almost all of my female clients have experienced remarkable improvements.
For mild clitoral adhesions, the release process is often quick and effective, typically achieved in just one Yoni Whisperer Bodywork appointment.
In cases of more severe clitoral adhesions and phimosis, it may take two to three Yoni Mapping Bodywork appointments to achieve the desired results.
To ensure the continued benefits of my Yoni Whisperer Bodywork, I make sure to teach all my female clients a Clitoral Adhesion and Phimosis Release, at home, bodywork routine. This home practice empowers a women to keep her clitoral hood released and prevent scar adhesions from recurring.

TRAUMA RELEASE & SEXUAL ASSAULT
Clitoral adhesions can sometimes be linked to experiences of genital trauma, including assault and rape. As a practitioner with a background in Sexological Bodywork, I have received specialized training to address these sensitive issues using techniques known as Shamanic Dearmouring.
Through the process of releasing clitoral adhesions, we can also release trapped trauma stemming from sexual assault, rough sexual encounters, clitoral piercings, or any negative sexual experiences that may have affected a woman’s personal intimacy, feelings, arousal, and ability to reach orgasm.
By skillfully working with these experiences, I aim to empower women to heal and reclaim their sexual well-being. My approach is founded on a deep understanding of the profound impact of trauma on sexual health and the importance of providing a safe and supportive space for women to explore and restore their sexual pleasure and intimacy.
